	I have looked, and talked to every one in Vivac's Hlaalu(?) and can not find the girl in a skirt, and notched armor. Can anyone tell me where she, or the killer is?

	Have you tried looking the the Canalworks? I know there's an ancestrial tomb down there and I think I killed a bounch of people in it, or it was another ancestrial tomb under some other canton, if so, try the underworks.

	The lady in the skirt is in the Canal Works in the Foreign Quarter. And quite easy to kill.
