I can't kill Gaenor the Bosmer found in the Mournhold temple courtyard. I have tried everything and I have been working on him for a few weeks but I can barely get his health down and then he just restores it. Anybody have any tips? I've read that he's very resistent to magick (which I haven't used much of). My character is lvl 27.

lvl 27 and you can't kill one little bosmer? by lvl 27 you should be a god at this game. Well what you do is get a really good weapon, one that you are good with and hit him with it over and over again. If he tries to heal himself just cast silent on him a bunch or some drain magick spells

Gaenor is level 50, clad in full ebony armour and with an ebony sword as well as having 755 luck (yes that's correct) his armour(specifically pauldrons) have resist and reflect enchantments meaning magic can be useless on him.

However he is beatable, you just need to keep going at him or if you need time to recharge etc. run around the coutyard, he will follow and if you are fast enough he won't be able to touch you

Well you can find a perch and make it into a sniper's tower and spend the afternoon shooting arrows and bolts into him.

gaenor is a punk. use the "perma-glitch" and make a summon frost giant spell. i believe its summon 2 secs and soultrap 1 sec on target, or the other way around. anyway, once you accomplish that, make like 5 of them and go behind your buddies. they will completely demolish the jackass and you get kickass armor and a sweet ebony sword (longsword?). or, just get a kickass sword WITHOUT an enchantment. (chances are he will reflect the spell, so i wouldn't chance it). hope you kick his ass - he is annoying and deserves to die. he also carries an amulet that fortifies luck for some amount of points on constant effect.

well the way i have found thats effective is a silens/drain magick spell for 2 minutes fallowed by a levitation spell for 3 minutes get a good melee weapon and make charges at him while hes silenced. sooner or later hell drop hope this bit of info helps.

You can't use levitate in Mournhold Mal Almalexia blocked Levitate because she didn't like people thinking they were "higher" than her

no, it's impossible to leave mornhold by levitation, but how high does Gaenor go with the money? he was asking me for 10 K when I refused but I'm sure he would go higher, I should have given him 10 K, i do have over one mil

A LOT higher. i think i got to a point where he asked for a million gp. i was broke after the thousands i gave him. you basically cannot satisfy the jerk.
