Here's a tip. I have tried it both ways, and I have found, in general, that Fortify Strength is a better benefit for you than is Feather. For the same number of enchantment points, you get just as good a net boost in carrying capacity, and Fortify Strength has the added benefit of increasing your effectiveness in combat. Just some food for thought.

strength is better - if you ever want to use a spell that changes you into something else (hircine's ring - but this is original), it [feather, not strength] screws up the perma glitch and you have to spend 5-10 minutes redoing it.

if you give two enchantments to teh saber will it have 2 colors?

umm...not sure. i think it takes on the color of the higher enchantment. wait - that's not right. yes - i think it does. i'll check.
