Oh hey do you play Morrowind or Oblivion yourself if so do you like Morrowind better or Oblivion?

Personaly I prefer Morrowind because I judge games based on game play not graphics

Played Morrowind for 7 years and Oblivion for 3, I prefer Morrowind. Oblivion is too bright and cheerful as well as dumb downed and hands you everything on a plate and yeah thy concentrated more on graphics than gameplay/storyline

I think that's going to be an issue for the future Elder scrolls games it's all going to be graphics, action, and no fun.

re: GD 01: Operation: no more off topic

Oblivion also has an unbelievably crap enchantment and spell creation system. Sure, you can do it yourself and there's no extremely annoying FAILURE RATE like in Morrowind, but all the enchantments and spells you can make are complete crap!

One especially annoying point is that with a feather spell it seems you can only make it for about 100 points for 120 seconds. So to carry a decent amount of stuff I had to make 5 of those spells and every 2 minutes, recast them all!

On a slightly random note... I happened to read a thread in this forum and noticed that someone said the money in Morrowind was Septims, not Drakes.

Now I'm confused. I could have sworn a guy in Seyda Neen told me to spread some Drakes around... What's going on there? I never really noticed what the game calls the coins in your inventory. I just think of them as gold.

Who cares about money? It's not like they can be sold for profit.

atually they can, the enchanter at the aldran mages guild loves them.(overload her and she'll do a feather spell)(its cool!)
(deadric claymores& other deadric weapons that is)

In answer to your question about gold, unless I am mistaken, they are both correct. Septims and Drakes are the same thing. They are called Septims after Uriel Septim, but they are Drakes. Sort of like a coin is money, but it isn't a note (I guess it to mean something like that). Drakes are money, Septims are the currency in Morrowind. Does that make sense?

As for which is better, personally I like both. Oblivion has some much better qualities, but it isn't as large as Morrowind, i.e there are less places, spells, items, weapons. I have also found that Morrowind mods are generally better than Oblivion ones. Oblivion has some better gameplay things, such as gravity, menus (after you get used to them), but Morrowind is better on a whole

Morrowind is frigging amazing when you add the "Morrowind Graphics Extender" and texture packs. It looks nearly as nice as Oblivion now. Well, at least a hell of a lot better than it used to look... And I have infinite view distance.

SUBJECT SWITCH!

I love Plain White T's band. They have some awesome songs. My favorite is "Let me take you there". It has awesome vocals with good lyrics.

Favorite movie for me would probably have to be The Matrix, but I don't watch many movies. As for music, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest all the way!

Yes, I am in the main quest. Thanks for asking. It's a tough job, I'll tell you that much. Anyway...

Yeah he is, although in a fan fic I'm writing, he's the Nerevarine (but not related to the Caius who lives in Balmora - I will add something about him being called something else originally, but taking Caius's name...or something).

As for Tel Branora, it's in the most south-eastern part of Vvardenfel, way over at the coast. There's a boat from Ebonheart, Vivec, Molag Mar and Sadrith Mora. Or you can go to Ebonheart (it's parallel to Tel Branora) and swim due east for ages, occasionally passing a Vivec canton, and then a few small islands.
