Just had a look and the only thing that matches what you have said are the Cruel Flamebolt, Cruel Sparkbolt, Cruel Frostbolt rings but they don't do 100 damage for 20 seconds, unless you made it yourself

I've found the ring on UESP, it's called the Toxic Cloud ring. It does 2-60 pts in 20 ft for 10 secs on Touch.

So sorry, it's not 100 damage for 20 seconds, it's 60 damage for 10 seconds.

lol no worries, also it's not always 60pts with every cast. It will vary between 2 - 60 at random intervals. So first second could be 60, 2nd second could be 20, 3rd second could be 3 and so on

Last night I had the most Horrific nightmare , I was just watchin' tv before bed and then this commercial came up and I was freaked ..... In my dream a bunch of too-realistic zombies came and they where all bloody and wierd , I was scared to death .

Then he got up and left, and was replaced by Donald Trump (also naked!!!!) who sat really close to me and started giving me financial advice! Then I woke up shrieking.

*shudder* probably the worst nightmare I've had in a long time was where I couldn't move but I had spiders crawling all over me, yik! I woke up and thought I still had them all over me. Horrible. Why are we talking about dreams?
