Easy ways to level up.

I have found a couple of ways to level up but, I don't have a bound weapon for one, and for two I don't have a booster weapon. So, any ideas?

re: Easy ways to level up.

Can you take on Dremoras and Golden Saints? Go get some mega bucks like suggested in some of the threads and buy your levels. As soon as I get Umbra, I go to Ald Sotha and get a bunch of Daedric Weapons, sell them to the mud crab and go visit the masters of all my majors and minors. Then, I enchant something to boost one of my attributes over 100 and buy skills of a major or minor which is governed by that attribute so I can continue leveling.

I'm only strong enough to beat a Hiullu guard so, what can I do to get stronger?

re: Easy ways to level up.

Yeah, jumping continuously levels acrobatics, running continuously levels atheletics, get behind a merchant (or someone) and double click the left joystick to continuously sneak levels up sneak and just continuely use your majors and minors. Leveling up sneak, acrobatics, light armor, short blade and atheletics are usually how I start out a character because they level quickly because my Zurn is a warrior dabbling in thief and mage.

re: Easy ways to level up.

to increase skills all ya need is to do what ya normally do to increase, like some examples given if ya run ya athletics increase, if ya jump ya acrobatics increase

it's the same with other skills, to raise alchemy, create potions, to raise mercentile, but things cheap, sell them high, to raise longblade/axe/blunt/shortblade/spear/marksman, keep attackin people/creatures, to raise light/medium/heavy armour and block, get hit wearin the appropiate armour and have shield out, to raise magic, create a spell with mag of 1 and cast at floor or wall, to raise security, lock a door/chest and use lockpicks to unlock them

have I missed any out?

re: Easy ways to level up.

easiest way to level up, ever!

go to moonmouth fort (i think, outside balmora) go to the room with larrius varro and go through the door down to the cells... talk to the lady at the end of the hallway next to the evidence chest... select spells... purchase one of the "Drain *Skill name here*" spells... then go back to balmora... make the following spell for each of your major and minor skills "Drain *SKILL NAME HERE* 100 pts on SELF for 2 sec." It will only cost you around 15 magicpoints to cast and it's only about 200 gold to buy it... after you have this spell... go find anyone who trains the skills you have... cast the spell... quickly talk to the person and select training... the skill that you just drained will cost 1 gold to train... once you train it will say " Your *SKILL NAME* skill has increased to 0." when you check your stats, you will be one higher than when you started and will have gotten a point towards a level. Yes, this way is cheap in many ways... but it's easy... I must thank JChenNY13 for first posting that here, i believe it was originally posted somewhere else, but hey, now it's posted a few times... ok, have fun leveling... and you know, if you think about it, it's not really cheating, it's being smart... you temporarily drain your own skill level and then train yourself back, but then you remember everything else you knew... trust me, it's ok... have fun...

re: Easy ways to level up.

that's a pretty good idea but does that mean ya gonna have to keep castin the spell everytime ya want to train

for example I got drain longblade 100pts for 2 secs, went to Urms and casted it, then quickly trained, would that mean I have to cast it again and train again to get another level up or am I askin jibberish?

re: Easy ways to level up.

yeah, you have to cast it for each level you want to go up... which isn't too much of a problem if you have enough majicka and just rest to regain or just use the good ol' bwwbw a+b trick on your majicka to keep it constantly recharging... that's the cheating part of it... heh...

re: Easy ways to level up.

lol ya won't need to do that since I got 10k magicka, one problem if I let it go down to 2k after castin then it takes a long time to refill it

re: Easy ways to level up.

If u want a legit way to level up then go to say Ald-Ruhn and let a bunch of gaurds beat up on u and whatever armor youre wearing itll go up like crazy but after a little while your armor will break and u will need to fix it, unless you have sumthin like daedric armor....

re: Easy ways to level up.

that's a good way but if ya have 5 or more guards on ya and ya armour breaks then ya a dead man but if ya have the constant restore health cheat on then ya won't die unless ya a low level then this is not a good idea

If ya a low level with very high armour then yeah go for it but low level and low armour is not a good idea since ya won't notice ya armour breakin and then even with the cheat on, 5 or more swords hittin ya is gonna kill ya

re: Easy ways to level up.

if you've got sneak skill as one of your major or minors, just walk up to someone(inside), and doubleclick your sneak button so that you stay in sneak mode.
then go to the pub for a couple of hours, maybe go see a movie, and when you get back you should have a pretty high skill level.
but the best one i've found is the drain skill method. it's cheap, and it's the fastest way.
i levelled up about 47 times in half an hour doin that...and it only cost me about 500-600 septims!!!
i didn't bother sleeping avery ten skills, i had abot 478/10 before i rested.
