Where do you find that guy or whatever his name is, it says he is in Balora but I can't find him anywhere?

You got the name wrong.

He is in a small house on the ground floor in the furthest back row of houses from the river. Just search all the houses, checking the names on the doors.

just to let everybody else know if u go to the southwall corner club and take a right out of the door and head up the stairs then u walk all the way down the path you'll run into his house. and by the way cleric he starts you off on the main quest.

and if you want to get technical, the Emperor starts yor main quest by sending you to Vvardenfall, or maybe your parents for having you, or maybe Azura...

Yes, or maybe it is the Tribunal which actually starts this quest by killing Nerevar in the first place! By killing Nerevar, Azura is enraged and vows to incarnate him and bring down the Tribunal!

lol how about Yagrum and Kagnerac, they are the ones that made the tools in the first place, if they din't make the tools then there wouldn't be a main quest and ya char could have a peaceful nights sleep in prison lol

The book thread is down but wasn't it Anu and like one or two other beings? I remember Anu because Anu is a god in Sumerian history! Real stuff! Wow I need to put that in the Easter egg thread! Anyway, I think it is in Aedra and Daedra but I can't load my game right now. In real history Anu had two sons, Enlil and Enki. Even though Enki was the eldest, Enlil was given control over the Earth settlement (these guys were from another planet) but it was Enki, who was a scientist and medical officer, who created man when the Annunaki rebelled and thought themselves too high to do manual labor!
