I just got bit by a rogue vampire at an ancestral tomb and turned vampire recently, am I allied with the clan that they are a part of or am I screwed and unable to be apart of a clan?

-1. To become a vampire: Fight a vamp, get bitten, and survive the battle. It is recommended that you are at least a level 10. Once bitten, wait for three full days and then go to sleep. When you wake up you'll be a member of the bloodline of which its member bit you. If you change your mind at being a vamp in the three day waiting period just take a Cure Common Disease potion. After becoming a vamp you can be cured but you cannot become a vamp again.

3. Cure Find the Book "Vampires of Vvardenfell II" which will tell you what to do. Some of the places the book can be found are Tribunal Temple's Secret Library in Vivec, Jobasha's Rare Books at the Foreign Quarters Canton in Vivec, and in the wizards' lairs in Mawia, Odiniran, and Vas, in Tel Vos' Central Tower, and in the observatory at Galom Daeus. You can also read "The Private Papers of Galur Rithari, Buoyant Armiger" which can be found only in two places, in the secret library at Galom Daeus and Tureynulal. In other words, go to Bal Ur and talk to the statue. The statue will tell you to go to Dubdilla, located south of Vos, and kill Bal's daughter, Molag Grunda, and her atronach consort, Nomeg Gwai. Then, return to the shrine of Bal and the curse will be removed.

That still doesn't realy answer my question. If I get bitten by a rogue vampire do I still get allied with that clan?

It depends what you mean by rogue. A rogue vampire is one that isn't a member of any clan. To my knowledge, most vampires, even those without proper names, are aligned with one clan or another. Even if they aren't in the clan "home" they usually aren't true rogue vampires. What was the name of the tomb where you got infected?

actually it depends i downloaded a mod and noticed something i got bitten by the exact same vampire and went to each clan when i talked to the clan leader it seemed that was an activation into the clan but the mod didn't change what happens it just added random rogue vampires.

But do these 'random rogue vampires' exist in the regular game, or were they just added by that mod? Because, as far as I know, there are only a handful of actual rogue vampires in the regular game, the rest all belong to one of the clans.

I got bit by one in the Hleron Ancestral Tomb near Hla Ode. I got another question, How come when I go back to the vampires that bit me they treat me like everyone else in Morrowind?

I don't know that one, I've never tried to talk to a vampire outside of the clan headquarters. You should probably go to the Quarra headquarters Druscashti and try to talk to the Quarra leader. Druscashti is the second dwemer castle on the right if your walking north up the foyada from Maar Gan.
