Ok, so here are items I don't what to do with:
Ashes of D. Bryant, Bone from Pop Je, Pop's amulet, those 2 unique dwemer coins from Ald Sotha, Daedric sanctuary amulet, Delyna's locket, Ashkhan's wedding gift (just to ware I suppose) and Skink's amulet.

Anyone know any of these?

if you put on the daedric sanctuary amulet it'll teleport you to Magas Volar where you fight lord magas volar once he's dead you'll teleport back to tel fyr and the amulet will be replaced with the Daedric Cresent, a very powerful sword.

the console command code(if your on computer) is: player->additem"daedric_crescent_unique"1

the two coins are different because when you take them two dwarven spectres come out and attack you

Thanks for that one, and yes, when I say what do I do with them, I mean what is their purpose in the game, i.e. what special mission they're for or whatever (just so you understand Dark Orc mate).

If by the Ashkhan's wedding gift you mean the Thong of Zainab, you need to hold on to this until you have completed the main quest. This shows everyone that the Zainab tribe has recognized you as the Nerevarine. As for Skink's Amulet, this has no special purpose but it has a high Enchant value. So if you want to create a nice Enchanted item, you can use this. If not you can sell it with no consequences.

When you go back to that Ashkhan later, he does indeed give you "Ashkhan's Wedding Gift" (an exquisite shirt). I suppose that's all it is.

the ashkaan's wedding gift is just an exquisite shirt with a fancy name, it has the same enchant value as a normal exquisite shirt
