OK, my guy has a 100 Intelligence (125 with the Necromancer's Amulet), 100 Willpower, and a 70 Conjuration Skill. In order to summon a Storm Atronach, it costs 114 spell points and only has a 63% of success. Is this a glitch in my game? I haven't even bought the Summon Golden Saint spell yet, so I imagine that it will have an even less chance of success. I know the spell cost is constant, but how high does your Conjuration skill need to be to summon the really good monsters? And does the Conjuration Secret Master only deal with members of the Temple who are of high rank? Let me know. Thanks!

I found a way around the problem. I just bought the Summon Golden Saint spell. I then made my own Summon Golden Saint Spell (for 30 secs rather than 60 secs). It's still pretty expensive Spell Point wise (about 85 points), but I can generally kill a Golden Saint in less than 30 seconds for Soul Trap purposes (which is the only reason I bought the spell anyway). Just a tip for anyone who runs into a similar problem.
