Does recharging enchanted items improve your Enchant skill as much as creating new enchanted items? Improving this skill without training is almost impossible, so if recharging works just as well as enchanting I figure I'll buy a bunch of petty soul gems and just recharge my magic items to improve my Enchant skill. If anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

that works and so does just using enchanted items, every time you use one, it'll go up a little, oh and Pizano, why don't you shut up, your the one whose too chicken to actually sign in and say it to his face. i suggest you get a backbone.
