	only if you have the PC version, if you don't then the only way to do it is either A) start of as a woodelf, place marksman as major skill, and have stealth as specialisation...this will give you a level 60 marksman skill before you have even started the game B) gain lots of gold by doing quests, selling armour and weapons etc. and find the master trainer of marksman...then just train it up -------------------

	There is a glitch sin regular morrowind that will allow you to exceed max level or any weapon it just requires you have a bound weapon (from a spell or enchanted weapon) but thats only if you want it higher then 100 -------------------

	that's the X+L+R trick and is only in the american version...they took it out of the european version -------------------

	Beware, sometime the Marksman master trainer will attack you. If you find pout he's the attacking type, get a Calm Humanoid spell. -------------------

(you have to go inside the stronghold, go through its maze, he may attack on sight, there are two people here so watch out you don't kill the wrong one) master trainer of marksman: Missun Akin in Missun Akins hut on Falasmaryon Stronghold -------------------
