Health Problem with Wraithguard

Hey all, im new to this forum and I have a problem right away to ask you. I killed Vivec to get the Wraithguard and got Yagrum Bagarn to activate it. When I put it on I was supposed to receive a shock but instead my health permanantly dropped to 25! I didn't realize this until after I saved Can someone please help me get it back.

You can't. That is the shock. That's the thing with completing the MQ through Door Number II. Activating the second Wraithguard is supposed to permanently drop your health by 200 and....something. It's why you always make back-up saves, so you can reload from a place before you've made a mistake, if you don't catch your mistake until later. Sorry. Welcome to Morrowind.

Oh, ok thanks. Seems like a pretty harsh penalty though to me. Seeing how a lot of my major and minor skills are high, I'll probably just got to jail purposely and lower them then level back up to get my health back. Unless you have a better way.

Just the price for not following the MQ like we were supposed to.

After putting on the second Wraithguard, I usually just use the soultrap glitch to fortify my health to a high enough number that Dagoth Ur can't sufficiently hurt me.

Yeah that could work, I don't really want to cheat though, is there another way?

Not with the Xbox, sorry.

re: Health Problem with Wraithguard

could always use the alchemy trick...not really cheating since it uses alchemy, however you will need to use it to get your intelligence over 1000 so the fortify health potions are nice and big

however the only other way I know is by enchanting items with fortify and restore health...this is basically just using grand soul gems with golden saints in to gain the constant effect status, then use an enchanter to enchant a piece of clothing/armour/shield/weapon/amulet/ring/belt with fortify health and/or restore health

so by the time you have done this you could gain 200 health points with constant restoring health points...so if you enchant 4 pieces of armour with 50pt fortify health + 2pt restore health

that's 200HP + 8pt HP restored every second

Yeah, that sounds good too, i've already got it back up to 150 anyway, so it's fine. I'd rather have this than do all the main quest
