Need help on uping your security? Here is a trick i found out. Go travel to tel mora and go to brema the trader. there will be a shel wth magic items. Kill her and turn your self into a guard you will pay about 36 gold. go back in and take what every you want. Dont forget granmasters retart and the amulet of locking. The *bleep* you need for thivs guild wuset in Sadrith Mara. The amulet locks 5 points on somthing. You can pick it and repeat until you run ot of charges. Rest for 1 hour to get full charge and repeat till desired lvl. It usally rasies from 12to9to7 depeding on how high your skill is already.

Now the quickest way to raise a lvl as a thief is hand to hand. you get lots of points for doing that and with the fatique cheat you can do it foreever.

or just buy the Lock spell and do it that way...easier and can be done near enough at the start of the game
