I'd take FFXIII over a FFVII remake any day. I still have VII and can pop it in anytime I want. XIII on the other hand I cannot. Having better graphics is nice, but not necessary, and to be honest the graphics on VII are not that bad, IMO.
And yeah SE hasn't been delivering lately, but being optimistic never killed anybody. (Although, it'll probably kill my wallet) -------------------

At this point I'd settle for any of the two. I just wish they'd quit fiddle f#*@&en around and give us something to play. I never thought I'd say this but Atlus,Level 5 and a few other companies are starting see Square Enix in the rearview getting smaller and smaller. SE just needs to quit telling us about all the incredible things they are doin and man up with some good games. Preferably the ones in the title of this post.

If you have noticed, SE are only making games right now and releasing nothing. Then all of sudden, a SE game will be released every month for the next year. It honestly looks like that in my opinion.
Either will be fine for me as well. I expect both eventually anyways... -------------------

FFVII, that game was one of my all time favorites and i would love to play it again on the PS3 especially after criss core.
also, TBH im not as exited for FF13 as every one else(i like it, just not as much, and seeing it go to the Xbox made it loss its magic for me) but i am exited for VII-remake and VS13 (it just looks cool to me) This message was edited by Wgang on Aug 06 2008. | |

NOTE: a remake has not been announced...yet. IF there is any truth behind that picture. It would be the original game released on PSN, which I doubt because they didnt announce anything about it at DK[sigma]3713
