 Or maybe I just want there to be a redeeming quality about his voice. I'm reading the comments on 2ch. They HATE it. One of them said they didn't mind Lightning, another said Snow was suddenly an old man and another said that they preferred Vanille's "fdafasSORRAY" line in English. The voice acting was fine. Nothing great.. but fine. The only real problem I had was how terrible the lip syncing is. I know it can't be good with the language change, but this was just awful.

Nothing to get that excited about. The voices were okay except Snow's. I just...it's not what I expected after hearing the JP voice so much. It's not manly or something, I don't know. Jihl's voice was really cool, and I like Hope's. His dad made me chuckle.
About the lip syncing thing, it seems that some of it has already been changed to fit the English version and some hasn't been done yet. Still a work in progress, so no worries there. | |
