Faction Balancing and My Rank Range. What will they do if I turn them off or on?

Faction balancing will make sure that Helghan and ISA both have equal numbers of players.

My rank range will only let people join if their rank is near yours.

Can I create a room where I can have my friends on my same team? Last night I was trying to play with my friends but we kept getting split up.

Yes, I think there is a motion blur. It doesn't really bother me though.

Also, you can password-protect games to do that.
