	I think this is the medal for efforts in C&H. It comes under the mission-specific medals. I've seen many explained ways to get this but I can't tell which one is which. Bottom line: How do you get it and how did you get it? (if you have it) -------------------

	I think you have to be in the green areas near the capture and hold points, that earns you defensive kills.

	Just get 10 kills while in a control point. The best way to do this is join or create a game that's only C&H with the time limit maxed out. -------------------
