Definitely the story isn't finished. I'm sure they'll be a Killzone 3 but not anytime soon.

I'd be surprised if there isn't a Killzone 3 in development right now. Killzone 2 really pushed the franchise into the limelight, and the ending of KZ2 was a perfect setup for a sequel.

The technology from the 2nd one would be sufficiant to support the 3rd KZ. The wheel wouldn't have to be recreated to such an extent

yea it would b awesome but the leader is dead,not many armies continue the fight unless someone new filled the spot n eagerd them on,it was the helgast home world,Earth gets attackd?? power struggle over helgast leadership seeking revenge makes them more dangerous?? other helgast planets unite in revenge?? got any ideas???

Helghan grows stronger and they seek revenge of course! The vastness of space has endless possibilities, maybe a Helghan armada attacks earth and you would be a fighter pilot (lots of space battles) which crash lands on the lead ship before you take down the command centre and escape. Or you are part of a task force sent to infiltrate the Helghan armada before its launched on another world (yay, more colourful scenery). Maybe the story will start half way through an invasion of earth where its all going tits up for humans, one thing I would want is a better finale...

Yeah, I think there will be a third installment. I think Rico is gonna be the bad guy. He's gonna take over Helghan and become one himself, then just go around fighting everyone else just to fight. I want more fighting in the EXO or whatever that Mech was called. That was REALLY fun!

The dropships would be brilliant in multiplayer (like Star Wars Battlefront2?) but it would need bigger maps and a pilot class to make it work.
