That's a tricky one, since Nyx and Mkono work in very similar ways. They both mutate/grow by absorbing people and other creatures into their bodies, they both have no definite form, and they both have one main weakness... Mkono: flames, Nyx: Explosives. (which isn't particularly helpful in this fight since both monsters use brute force).

Mkono is faster. But I'm gonna be a rebel and go with Nyx. XD
He has the advantage of being a great deal bigger than Mkono (which would also give him the advantage of being able to absorb Mkono's smaller body), and also has those jelly projectiles.

True, but Mkono was a reject experiment. Both Mkono and Nyx are useless in Umbrella/Tricel's eyes.

Ok this is going nowhere, how about Popokarimu vs Tyrant (RE1) from the helipad?

That would be a good fight, popokarium's flight would be a great advantage, but i think tyrants speed/claw would prevail.

Popokarimu could just turn his back to the tyrant and cover them with sticky stuff, then pounce on it, then repeat.

Tyrant of course.

It's super high jump, can easily catch popokarimu if it isn't waaaayyyy up in the air, and even if it was it would be to far to attack or swoop in.

And of course, THE CLAWWWWWWW!!!!
