Lasts about 10-15 hours on a runthrough but merc mode can help extend the game life and completing higher difficultys can add too.
I would have to say local too if you dont know anyone with a mic already online. Easy after the first couple of missions. dont worry ;P | |

Apart from sniper ammo i had 500+ of each ammo by chapter 6.2 on my first playthrough. Its not hard. Way too much ammo in the game after the first 2 levels.
