Ok, I haven't got this game yet but I was thinking about getting it for Christmas so I've got a few questions:

Is it worth me getting it for Christmas, or will there be hardly anyone online then?

When is Resistance Fall of Man 2 expected to be out?

I really like Warhawk, is this game as good as that online?

Will you still be playing this game online after Christmas or will you be playing other games?

If you can answer these questions I'd be grateful

I would say it isn't worth getting for christmas. It is a really good game but in November COD4 and Haze are both coming out. If people will be playing online FPSs, they'll be playing either of those.

I dunno about R:FoM2, maybe this time next year? Nothing has really been said about it, apart from there will be one.

Warhawk is an excellent online game, and with updates and a booster pack coming up, there will still be lots of people (me included) playing it well past christmas. -And it's only £20-

And I'll be playing Warhawk and COD4 after Christmas.

I would say it would still be quite busy, but not as busy as it is now.

Its fun, just not as fun as warhawk i guess.

Id still get it, if only to understand whats going on in the second one which sounds kick ass.

Dude get the game as soon as you can. It is bad @$$ and well worth the purchase. Get it used if you need to but get it.

If you enjoy storylines and you ever plan on buying Resistance: Rise of Man (hypothesised title for R:FoM 2) then it's highly recommended that you get this game, since as well as having an online mode... it has an offline mode which has a story to it (yes folks it has a story ). Which for me was great going through

Ive been playing other games, but recently my friend purchased Halo 3.
I put like 30 minutes into that game and felt like gagging- it was horrible.
I immediately thought of Resistance and that made me want to start up playing again, it's an amazing game.

Well I bought the game roughly 2 months ago with the same kind of scenario. I mean it's a brilliant offline and online game. Everybody else has probably said enough to convince you.

The game isn't going to cost you much anyway. Probably as little as $25 or something.

does this game use bluetooth headsets or not???
