re: Resistance Gone? |
quote sten mk IIOh Em Ef Gee ! I Made a spelling mistake. Wow, it's one of the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse...we must all run for our lives. quote sten mk II Free Will is actually a point of view. Some people believe their destiny is up to them to decide, others believe their life is pre-planned. So it all depends on your point of view as to whether 'free will' exists. So, buy your workings - God deserting people and leaving them to pain and suffering is not his fault? I mean, hell - if we have free will, so does God, and since he's so powerful, all knowing and all seeing (and that crap) if he doesnt agree with something it's completely in his power to change it himself. If you say that God doesn't have the power to change something in the Universe which he created, then what power does he have? and of course, I must be sentenced to hell for my low knowledge on the bible - you know, even though I don't believe in God, follow the religion, or even study the Old Testament in school. If you want to sit and read the bible then please, feel free - but just cos I don't know everything about something which I class as a fictional story book, there's no need to patronise me Now, as this has nothing to do with religion and this thread's meant to be about the Church trying to sue Sony for Resistance, I'm going to stop. ------------------- | |

God doesn't desert people, they desert him which is trouble for themself.
If somebody doesn't want God, he won't force them. You have to meet him half way. ------------------- ![]() Hate my life.
