Yeah, ever since the network server unification, there has been more and more lag.

The worse case I saw, was when I guy was in mid-air, falling, then in the middle of the fall, he all of a sudden was running on the ground, then he just disappeared (I assume the lag was so bad, he had simply ran off my screen).

I think it might be attributed to the fact that some people in games are accessing overseas?

Naturally, my Kill:Death ratio is suffering (I'm starting to have trouble keeping it at least even), because it is hard to properly shoot people who are hopping all over the screen...My connection isn't the best (compared to european and american connections), but it shouldn't be having these problems, since they only cropped up since the unification of servers.

Anybody else start experiencing more laggy gameplay since the server unification? I bet there are.

They REALLY need to upgrade the servers, if Resistance is going to get smooth online.

BTW: Now my character sheet says "Private" with nothing on it

I've had a few games where it's been a real problem. But the majority of the time, it's normal.

And you're right, it'll just be because of the new worldwide servers.

And that private thing is just lag too. Sometimes when I come online and check clan or whatever everybody is listed as a private, it just takes a little while to update usually.

When this happened to me it was only temporary, and returned within one or two minutes.

Well, glad to see it is not just me...In any case, my rank came past...and I'm currently 1st sargeant with 3 pips? That should be close to lieutenant right? I've got over 2000 kills in unranked matches...

I wonder if all that voice chat crap is hurting it too? There was one annoying bugger who wouldn't shut the hell up (the game was too fast paced for me to try to mute it)...after a few games, I just got off, and muted it...ahhh, sweet relief...It was just bloody annoying really...It was a deathmatch, so everyone could talk to everyone else...
