	You said "we". Are you trying this in co-op or single player? Because you can't get ANY skillpoints in co-op. As for how to get it, the best place is to do it in "Viper's Nest". In that stage you have a perfect area of the Chimera to shoot them. Also be sure to hold L1 to freeze time and Zoom in all the way to their face by pressing the Up button on the D-Pad (you can also press left to zoom in 10x and 100x, pressing up zooms brings the zoom from 1x to 100x which I prefer as you can keep it centered on the enemy). -------------------

	ive tried this myself, i do at least 15 head shots with the sniper and it doesnt count, why is that?

	Well, for some reason the headshots only count on Vipers Nest ((For me they did at least)) so, when you first get the Sniper Rifle, stay up their and take out as many as you can. You should get it eventually -------------------
