This forum doesn't seem to exactly be running with steam...
I'm wondering who will be buying this game at launch? I for one can't, because it's been delayed in Australia, but if the reviews are good, then I'll pick it up when it comes out. How about you guys? -------------------  | |

well havnt read many reviews might get it when prices drop

ya its really fun and can actually take a really long time to beat, if you want to get the crazy monster truck, although i really think they couldve done more with multiplayer, like added multiplayer challenge and made it 4 players, then this wouldve been awesome

You never know. There could be a downloadable patch for online or CPU in multiplayer once the Wii online goes up.

i wasn't going to get it, but after reading a few reviews (user one's not official) i might get it. the supermarkets in the UK are selling it for £27 so might pick one up today!

It's pretty good. I mean, Nintendo and Monster Games made it so it can't be bad. The music is good and if you have a SD Card you can listen to your own tracks when you're racing. I live in Australia too and i got it on launch day. It was like the last one at Target so i guess people already got it before me. The racing if fun and there is really cool multiplayer. You should get it. I rate this game 8/10.

I bought this game a couple of days ago. It is really good and well worth the money. If you are looking for a racing game for the Wii then I suggest buying this. No, I don't suggest. I recommend. I urge you to. I need you to buy this game. The multiplayer is great. No, wait, the multiplayer is super. So is the single player Excite Race mode. Okay, it doesn't take that long to finish it, but if you are like me and want to achieve 110% in all games, then you would surely know that getting all those hard-to-get S ranks on the Gold and Platinum levels are really hard and may take some time. Same with achieving all the cars and medals/trophies.

I'm going to buy this game as well as Trauma Center this Thursday when I get my paycheck.

I played it somewhere, rented it, played it somewhere else, and then I bought it. It rocks, but it is way too short. It gets boring when you have beaten EVERYTHING.
