Which part of the level are you having trouble with? There are two parts to it, one where you have to zip around and hide in little cubby holes and the other where you fight him in a room with two floors.

I couldn't get passed them either, everytime you see a cubby hole stand in it then web zip to the next one, it takes a bit to get used to...
