As seeb in the trailer this game seems to be alot more about the story and such than its sequel.

What are your thoughts about this? Will you miss the old more hack n slash style or will you embrace this new direction?

Personally, I love it. It seems to be abit similar to the Star Ocean franchise, or even Kingdom Hearts. I was never a big fan of hack n slash games but both of the mentioned games did it for me. So for me, its all good.

I loved the new direction as well, but my biggest hope is that they implement online capabilities. I assume that the developers still want to maintain that "party" feeling created with FF:CC, and if they do, we really need wi-fi.

This so far looks like a game with a real story finally, Looks like it'll be great and now I don't have to buy 600 dollar console to get to play a good FF game. I wonder what the other races are going to look like.

That they keep some sort of customization like the others did where you chose a race and clothing. Also fixing the way that blacksmiths and tailors worked out is a hope.

It would be cool if it had classes like warrior, black mage, monk, theif, white mage, dragoon, ect.

ffcc was great the only thing i would've changed was to add alittle more story line and if thats being addressed I will be 100% happy. as for the hack and slash game play I liked it. it was different from the normal "Numbered" ff titles and since this was an ff off shoot I think it should have some differences the controls were something i could appreciate

I just hope its nothing like the last one.

I am looking forward to having more of a story aspect of it. The other CC game didn't really do enough for me in that aspect.

I'm looking forward to brand new dungeon areas and just a fun game. I loved the first game, and I wouldn't change anything about it. As long as this has some of the basic features as that game, I'll be happy.

I would really like to see the armor you equip affect your character's appearance.

This is the only game where I would be happy with armor like that! XD I think it would be fun to change their appearences and such. In other games, like Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology, it totally messed up my character (changing the armor). In this game however, it would be very awesome. Good idea.

Yeah that would be awesome, It was fun changing your appearance in Radiata Stories.
