Okay, so I need to get Llia's memory back, so I take Ranado's letter to Telma at the bar, and she gives me a note to take to the Zora child's doctor, the one who wouldn't treat him fully apparently because he was a Zora. I CAN'T FIND THE DOCTOR!!! Where is he?
