I never pre-order. people in stroud don't go bannanas over games, I walked into woolworths aftrer school on the release date to get Assassins Creed and got one no problem, and that was a hottly anticipated game, also got halo 3 without preorder, the only game sold out in a shop was san andreas, but I just got it from a differant store. I will probs get mine from argos tomorrow.

I didn't pre-order, but i got my copy at the midnight release.

i didn't preorder, I thought I was clever and could pick one up anywhere becuase surely no one would buy ALL the copies from all the stores near me? I was wrong, well almost.
I spent 3 hours going from store to store looking and hoping, and thankfully, I came across a copy in HMV.
My dad wasn't happy at his petrol meter though

I didn't pre-order and i got my copy 10.10am on the 29th for a measly 66$

I called a couple of stores in Peterborough and they say they have stock left but it';ll be sold out by Saturday (which is when I plan to purchase) but I;m going to go anyway as there might be a few copies left.

I didn't preorder and got my copy the 29th at 6pm from BestBuy.

It was the last copy though.

Didn't pre order it. Didn't get it. Suprisingly I don't much care. Of course I'm exited for when I will get it, especially after hearing about the physics and such, and I'm a little disappointed I didn't get it but not nearly as much as I thought I might be. Though I seem to post run on sentences now.

Was that today or on release date?

I had to run about like a headless chicken on release day but i managed to get it out of GAME of all places. Just happened to be in the shop when they had a cancelled pre order and whats more it was for the 360, i couldn't believe it

I retract my earlier statement, managed to get a copy today though, from of all places SAINSBURY'S! i looked all round town (currys, woolies, argos, blockbuster,tesco) nowhere had it, then i thought at a longshot id go to sainsbury's wasnt on the shelves so i thought bummer, went and asked and they had a few copys!

I didn't preorder mine but I got mine from GAME, the one in my local shopping centre opened half an hour early just for the release and for those who wanted to get it before school/college/work etc.

In GAME there was thousands of copies on the shelfs and in the back. They kept trying to flog me a guide book so I owned the shop bloke because he said "where else is it going to tell you where everything is and how to get to it and get your 100%" to which I replied "internet" and then he gave up.

Was a good morning.
