the ones i bolded are the ones you have to battle again as you progress through the game. so they dont count. although fiery piranha does sorta seem the same as dino piranha, it's not. the only difference between them is that feiry piranha has a flame body and it scorches anything in it's path. so technically it's not the same as dino piranha. and that's that.
