I feel like a huge newbie but I cannot for the life of me find out where to go next. I'm on the 2nd quest with 103 stars. I opened a new galaxy but I Don't know how to get to it. No purple comments or challenges left so I need to get to this galaxy to get the rest of the power stars.

I believe that is the finale Galaxy. Talk to Rosalina once you have met the goals, and you will be there.
