	It's hard to explain coz i find it's pretty hard to do..... The best way is to go straight off a jump, and start flicking the wii-mote down or up. DO NOT SPIN OR PULL ANY TRICKS, this should allow you to start to flip, once you get a rythem going then you can start doing other tricks..... although spinning doesn't really work with it. The best thing to do with them is grab tricks or special tricks that can be held..... ya get me?! Argh sorry..... thats pretty confuzzeling... but i hope it helps. -------------------
