Just wondering everyone's opinion on this, but does THP8 really need a Free Skate mode? I mean classic pretty much is Free Skate mode. You can do everything in classic that you can do in Free Skate.
I'm having a thought.
They should ex the Free Skate mode, and put back in the Create-a-park so the rants about it not being there will stop.
Any opinions?

Well no you dont really need it. Except then you wouldnt be able to play with other skaters

I don't think it's really needed at all, I mean even when you get into project 8, you can still go back and try to get number one.

Sprout, whats the difference whether or not they even have extra characters? I think the only point for free skate was so that they could include them, but I don't see why anybody would waste their time with them. It's not going to be any different from your regular skater...

its true i always wanted to have a create a park especially in this one. so they have some extra characters who cares

How is it funner than career mode itself? Your doing the exact same thing in both. Career mode you can just continue after your bored free skating, and do goals. If you where in Free Skate Mode and became bored, you'd have to exit all the way back to the title screen, go into career mode, and then wait for it to load (which isn't that long, but it's still time you could be spending on the goals).

What about those ANNOYING career mission people. They wait til you ollie, then when just entering combo mode with flip or grab tricks, and bam!

AURRRGH! I enjoy freeskate too, but I agree, better graphics AND create a park would make the world happy instead.

what is so AMAZING about create-a-park, imean its good but not that good that people should say its crap because it doesnt have it in

I'm not saying the game is of any less quality without create-a-park, than with. I'm simply saying that there are some things in the game that could have been left out for things that actually made sense to have in it. Like instead of Freeskate, include the create-a-park. I'm sure there's quite a few people out there that would love to be able to experience the perfect mode in an environment that they make themselves. But then again, I could be wrong. Create-a-park simply lets a creative person experience the game in ways they choose, really. That's just my opinion though.

Create-A-Park rules. It sucks they didnt put it in there. Now that i think of it, looking at the case tells you the game is bland and nothing special.

No one's ranting. We're all just sharing strong opinions and going into detail of why we feel those ways.
