How do you unlock the links between levels? i've got all the levels but can't skate to each of them! How do i do it?

What do you mean? There aren't any "links between levels". Unlike American Wasteland, THP8 is simply a few added things to an old version of gameplay. Meaning THPS4 + Graphics + Perfect Mode + a few extra's here and there + a rank system = P8 lol

there are on the next-gen versions, but nxtgen only(damn you nextgen)
