I just killed him by continously shooting at him but I figured out that the best moment to attack him is right after he was glowing yellowly and rushed at you.

I didn't have too much trouble with him. Equip all your L med kits, a shotgun, and some Large rations and you'll have no problems.
Dodge all his attacks by using the environment, and attack him with the shotgun when he's playing his mind games, and when he's recovering from his yellow aura dash move. ------------------- Join the Classic Gamers Society! | |
