oook...so i made the updates (those 1347 files) then i had to download the set 2 file from PSN Store but I'm from Romania and PSN Store isn't available(it says that the store isn't available in my country)

what should i do? because i buyed some set 2 cards (like 60 cards lol) and can't play with them >_>

hmm bummer um do you know if its comming to your country? The only way I can think of is to maybe go to a diffrent country that has it there and download it there, although that seems kinda extream just to get some cards working. Um you may just have to wait. Unless theres a way to hack into other countrys stores but Im not sure how to do anything like that.

lol i even tried to make an PSN account with the country selected United Kingdom...and it worked to get in the store but when i need to complete the credit card address part its a bit difficult...i tried my address and even a UK address and no work lol...

well it might get in Romania this PSN Store...
and BTW Romania isn't the only country that doesn't have PSN Store...i heard its Israel...Bulgaria...and some other countries

there is also a petition for this thing in romania(its old but still intact) lol

you can always come to my country playstation store is here (in belguim)available but i dont use it
