[Bounty Hunter E - In Character]

» E was quietly cleaning his weapons array in the small living area of his ship, the Black Lotus. As he sat there he pondered deeply the current situation of a small group of bounty hunters that insisted on raiding tradeships for meagre, almost worthless, returns. He shook his head at the disgrace such fools brought upon the profession and knew something had to be done. Only what course would he take? He could go about offering his services to the Republic, in a subtle and non-face-to-face way of course, and maybe make a good buck for taking out these imbeciles. Or he could take a better look at their operation first. I mean you never knew when a good opportunity might arise from taking control of such a enterprise.

Shili was walking in the Jedi Temple, through the southern corridor. She had just returned from a mission, but it was a complete failure. Sent to Muunilist to end a trade dispute between the two major banking families, she did nothing more than almost start a civil war. The situation was more grave, and with the Bounty Hunters, this is all she needed. It was time for her to report to the Jedi Council. As she approaced the gravi lift to take her to the main spire she noticed the grand master in training the clans that would aspire to be respected members of the Jedi Order some day.

"Master, I am here for the report" Shili said bowing her head. The Grand Master turned to her, silver eyes, and greying brown hair. THe grand master was a fair women, tall, wearing elegeant white robes, the ancient robes of Jedi Master Atris which had passed onto her family and down the generations after the Old Jedi's death. In a calm cool voice she replied, "Perfect timing, my lesson is over with and the council is about to be begin, I will walk with you to the council Chambers."

Both preceded to the gravi lift and silence ensued, Shili was very embarassed about her failure. "Master, please have the council give me mercy." The grand master had a small smile on her face, "My dear, the Council is fair, and just becuase you had a small failure, yes that is right I know, I could sense it in your emotions, we are not going to end your Jedi Career, please just come to the council and explain everything." Both got into the lift and headed for the top of the council spire.

OOC: I hope that the Grand Master is a female is okay with you all, if not I can change it.

TE-43D stood in the crowd of organics and droids with a emotion best described as smugness. Not that he showed it of course, his features did not allow him to display such frivolous things as expressions nor did he want to. Such a feature might allow a adversary to predict his actions and compromise the objective!

Rotating his head 45 degrees TE watched as the procession slowly made its way down the walkway, he noticed with satisfaction that the two Jedi guardians assigned to the negotiator were present, one which appeared to be a human like Corallian, the other a more alien Sullistan. Both were disgusting to his cold logical mind. There eyes scanned the crowds warily, they expected trouble and rightfully so, but that would only make his job easier.

Moving his hand slowly behind his head he activated the turrets.

The Jedi's reaction was immediate, light sabers flew to their hands as blaster bolts began to pepper the aisle. Soldiers moved in from all directions and surrounded the envoy, hand held deflector shields forming a impenetrable ring of energy. Already the nearby gunship placed just for such an a emergency was approaching, preparing to whisk the representative to safety.

Around TE droids and members of a dozen species ran in pure terror, there inferior minds not even recognising the lack of danger presented to them. The negotiator was already making his way to the shuttle which now hovered on repulsorlift engines. As the man boarded, TE clicked a second button behind his head.

And within a second the gunship detonated.

TE did not wait around once his objective was completed, he knew there was no way the ambassador had made it out of that explosion alive, anything else did not matter.

He surveyed the data he had recorded during the attack as he quickly made for his ship, after three processing cycles he deduced that the target along with approximately 9 security guards had perished. He summarized that both Jedi being towards the rear of the guard and also having the advantages which came with being a user of the force had survived but it was all for the better, there deaths may have made some consider the Jedi were the target of the attack. But with just the ambassador dead people would automatically examine the most likely culprits. The Hapan cluster would likely withdraw itself from the Repulbic if not be forced into a war outright.

Entering his ship "The Machina" he synchronized with the ships systems and launched. Three minutes later he was in Hyperspace
