Don't know what it's called but it's probably by either Naoki or Sota Fujimori.

It's not on any of the soundtracks I have, and yes, I do have 3 of the original soundtracks (MAX2, Extreme, Party Collection).

It's the metagame on SuperNOVA. It most likely has its own unique track name or something. Might be really short.
