twice I have noticed that I have killed civilians first my car was on fire Ikumped out and a person was sitting on a bench and the car hit the bench the person fell on the ground didn't get up and disappeared the second time was at the pirate mission 2 nurses were were standing by an car i hit them and died did anyone lse see this?

well it seems that the game blames me for EVERY civilian death. once a u.p. dude thru a grenade in maricibo and it had an arieal explosion over 5 civilians the game charged me for all of them
