	Is this some damn glitch or something? do I have to restart the game?

	Did you try saving your game,reset your ps3 and reloading your game and memory Also you could sell all your cars except one,Then do some pursiuts in career and busted till you lose your car,it will be game over.Start a new career under the same alias,it will be a new career but you will still have all your rewards and stats and you play through career again unlocking things(which are already unlocked).Might work,might not.
