when in the mission 'grand finale' at half way you battle sandman with harry but dont got to sandman instead fly to the road don't fly anymore instead use the sword to get to places and ten cause havoc with infinite number of pumpkin bombs!

That sounds cool. Although, the truth is, once you open up New Goblin, you can free roam with him all you like. There are even races you can do as Harry.
