Right then, I have played pes3,pes4 direct ip,pes5 Online and now pes6 online, so I have plenty of experience with this game. Now is this game about skill, well maybe, but not totally. How many of you who play online notice that when you play s1, especially a lower rank/class, that you piss all over them , shot after shot after shot, ding post. They get a corner , header goal !
I lost count the times that has happend, and the fact that konami messed with the shooting, believe me if you aint meant to win you will not. I have resorted to taking the ball round the keeper and running it or passing it into the net as you never know when you will send it over from 6 yards out by tapping the shoot button, that has lost me alot of wins/draws. I suggest that if you have a short fuse then don't play this game online, coz it is INFURIATING some times. I also do not like the way that forwards get knocked off the ball like their legs are made of plaedo so easily. Pes5 was better imo, but the ref ruined teh speed of teh game, now the ref is better, but they have messed more with the a.i and balance, IE a complete muppet who has never played online before can shoot one and score from anywhere, where as experienced and skilled players have to have 10 shots on target to get one in. I have recorded 5 games where this has happend and playing them back to myself trying to work out why I lost a particular game , is just down to piss poor programming most of the time, and sometimes I was beaten by a better player.

Symptoms of a game that u will not win or being robbed by konami are :

You are Henry and you are 3 yards out and you miss.
All richoches seems to warp back to your opponent.
You tackle your opponents player numerous times and he somehow ends up through on goal.
Blasting your well deserved penalty wide.
heading the ball into your own net when you were adament you pressed x/o and pressed the other way.
Shooting out of the stadium, when you tapped the shoot button.
Passes that go in the direction you didn't want it to, basically goes straight to them.
Your opponent scores the same way all the time, run down the wing, turn 90 degrees run towards the keeper, press x to pass to opponent in the middle, and shoot into an open net.
