Much to Dale's displeasure he lets her do jobs with the skates on since she says "she'll refuse to do any job without them"

Personality: Happy-go-lucky and sometimes a trouble maker.
Job: Works at Town Hall
Other: Most of the time people mistake him for Gill and he sometimes takes advantage of this. He gets along well with Luke and is the complete opposite of Gill and his twin sister Vivian. He is also friends with Sherry.

Personality: Serious but helpful.
