u will no becuase there will b a scene. Then u will automatically go 2 the clinic. This happens 2 months after u get married.

The day doesn't matter. But it might be moved to the next day if it's a festival day, I'm not sure. 1 season after you marry, you'll become pregnant and 2 seasons after you find out, your baby is born. All together, 3 seasons after you marry, your baby is born.

for me it was like this
i got married on sping 7th - found out i was pregnant on fall 7th - and had the "praying" cut scene on fall 14th - and had the baby on winter 7th. so 1 season exactly before your first anniversary you will have the baby -------------------  | |
