Just wondering, is anyone here already a fan of the series and has played past games? If you have played past games, are you planning on buying this one? If you haven't played the past games, have you at least heard of them before? ^-^

iv played the first one.... in the arcade! badass!
I pumped in some many coins man... finally beating it... it was worth it when one bloke walked past and just looked at the screen and shouted "Hell YEAH!!!!" And that was the highlight of my life....................... Anyway yeh they are ok... but on the wii? No special controls or sumfin "extra" there..... just re-packaging some old favourites trying to get that extra bit of money.... i think i was metal slug 4 for sale on the ps2 the other day... o dear... -------------------

I dn't see how a collection of all the Metal Slugs can be seen as anything but "awesome".
Like a Contra game but with more of the old arcade feel (eating random food and the whatnot). Classic gaming, the likes of which are shockingly absent today. ------------------- | |

 i'm XS-06 Advanced Indonesian Sci-Fi Gamers i've played some past series including "Alfa Force" in PSX,Metal Slug X till the latest in PS2 the Metal Slug 3D and Metal Slug 6,i would also played this if the Nitendo Wii become affordable for my monetary support..however i like them especially their Art Gallery -------------------  | |
