Ive tried this with what feels like a million times....

I can get past the first Defectra fine.

After I get into the throat and try to take the other
2 out they always get me.. Everytime.

Usually im tryin to keep vitals up and kill tumors.
But, for some reason I always fail if I try to
kill tumors, drain the defectra and keep vitals up..

any suggestions??
