When your dog shakes it's butt at you, it does NOT mean you annoyed it, it just means that the dog's being playful, u can even teach it that as a trick if u want

Then why is it mine shook its butt at me after it gave me "the look"? I tapped on the screen and it just barked at me. It means it is either playful or just plain angry.
