Is it pronounced "Fran-zis-ka" or "Fran-chess-ka"? Johnny_G and I disagree over the correct pronounciation.

I would say that it would be "Fran-zis-kah". Like, she's from Germany, right? And I don't think I can find the "chess" pronunciation from the spelling of her name.
