Can you help me? My son has a tamagotchi V4 which he has been using happily since Tuesday.
This afternoon he went to his present list and has 20 balls and then number 21 is a skirt. The screen keeps freezing / locking up. I have reset and then done download to get his character, have done this several times. It is still happening. Now when it gets to skirt the screen goes blank.
I know it would make sense not to get to this screen but it should work properly.
Can you tell me if this is a common glitch, can it be fixed? or should I send the tamagotchi back?
Any help or advice would be appreciated as he is mad on this toy and doesn't want to part from it.

I think you should send it back to the store, maybe they could get you a new one? I think it is a glitch, too. Hope that helped!
